Katie Hood is the chief executive officer of the One Love Foundation, a position she has held since 2014. Under her leadership, the organization has grown to become the nation's leading educator for young people on healthy and unhealthy relationships as the primary prevention strategy for relationship abuse and as an investment in next-generation relationship health. One Love's award-winning, peer-to-peer, film-based educational workshops have reached more than 1.5 million young people in person, and over 100 million have engaged in One Love's educational campaigns online. Before joining One Love, Katie was Chief Executive Officer at the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research, where she worked for nine years advancing research toward a cure for Parkinson's disease. Katie has also worked as a philanthropic advisor and was a visiting professor at Duke University's Sanford School of Public Policy. Before discovering her passion for philanthropy, she held positions at Goldman Sachs and Bain & Company. Katie is a passionate, dynamic speaker who has appeared at TED, Aspen Ideas: Health, Milken Global Conference, Fortune's Most Powerful Women Conference and The Nantucket Project. She is frequently cited as an expert on dating violence and healthy relationships in national media outlets from ABC News to Teen Vogue. Katie received her bachelor's degree in public policy from Duke University and her MBA from Harvard Business School. She currently serves on the Dean's Board of Advisors at Harvard Business School and the President's Advisory Council at Concordia College, and has served on the Advisory Board of the National Institutes of Neurological Disease and Stroke (NINDS) at NIH and as an Advisor for the Institute of Medicine at the National Academies in Washington DC. Marta Alvarez (she/her/her) is responsible for supporting the CEO, Katie Hood, as Executive Assistant. Prior to joining One Love, Marta has seven years experience as an executive assistant, with much of that experience in non-profit organizations. She has also worked with Habitat for Humanity, International, Latin American Youth Center and WomenHeart in the Washington, DC area. She is currently working on her bachelor's degree in Human Resources at the University of Maryland.

Engagement Manager, California

Leisle Bartley (she/she) is responsible for engaging youth and adults in One Love's work throughout Los Angeles and Southern California. Leisle is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and has extensive experience in the nonprofit space. Before joining One Love, Leisle worked as program director at Films by Youth Inside, a violence prevention program that empowers incarcerated youth. Leisle previously worked as a senior counselor and clinical coordinator at Shields for Families, an agency providing comprehensive services to high-risk families in south Los Angeles. Before earning her Masters of Social Welfare (MSW) from UCLA, Leisle worked in project management for Razorfish, one of the world's largest interactive agencies. Leisle has two teenage sons and is passionate about bringing One Love's invaluable resources to all young people. Executive Director, New York Tri-State

Ellen H. Blais is Executive Director of One Love in the New York tri-state area, leading initiatives to improve educational programs and partnerships in New York, New Jersey and Southern Connecticut and empower communities to address domestic violence through education and awareness end. Ellen brings over 25 years of nonprofit and corporate management experience. Previously, Ellen was vice president of development at STRIVE International, where she implemented fundraising strategies that drove revenue growth and organizational stability. Previously, she was an investment banker at Credit Suisse, where she executed IPOs and M&A transactions, and was part of the management team in the Global Investment Banking department, where she coordinated the annual budgeting and strategic planning process. In her free time, Ellen volunteers as a tour guide at the Metropolitan Museum of Art and has served on the board of directors of the Appalachian Mountain Club. She holds a BA from Brown University and an MBA from Columbia Business School. She and her husband have three adult children. Bridget Boylan is a three-state regional engagement manager whose work focuses on building meaningful and sustainable partnerships with schools, community-based organizations and local agents in the state of New Jersey. Bridget is an experienced educator who brings 9 years of teaching experience and expertise in curriculum development with an emphasis on student-centred practices and social-emotional learning. Rooted in liberating pedagogy, Bridget's approach to teaching is committed to working with communities to dismantle oppressive systems, with education at the heart of the practice of liberty. Before joining One Love Foundation, Bridget worked as the inclusive education program coordinator at South Bronx Community Charter High School. Bridget graduated from Temple University with a B.A. in English and Philosophy with a focus on Creative Writing. She spends her time away from One Love working on creative projects and spending time with her loved ones. Tracey Broadhead (she/she) is the Bay Area Region's One Loves Executive Director and leads initiatives to improve educational programs and partnerships, and empowers communities to end violence in relationships through education and awareness. She has a proven track record of leading individuals and teams to higher performance with a passionate focus on maximizing the effectiveness of planning, processes, communication and culture. Before joining One Love, Tracey successfully completed a $40 million fundraiser as the fundraiser director at a Catholic high school in Oakland, California. Tracey practiced business entertainment law in Los Angeles for five years, then relocated to New Jersey, where she taught legal research at law schools throughout the Mid-Atlantic. In 2010, she returned to the Bay Area and was tapped by a multi-billion dollar corporation to create a national law school program that resulted in a $10 million revenue stream. Tracey is excited to bring her collective experience to One Love and to serve the mission of educating young people about healthy and unhealthy relationships, empowering them to recognize and avoid abuse, and learning how to love better. Katie Brosseau (she/her/her) is responsible for leading the national promotion effort at One Love. Prior to joining One Love, Katie held a variety of roles at City Year, including leading the national major giving program, the Red Jacket Society, and initiating the prospect research role. Most recently, Katie was Director of Development Operations and Communications at City Year New York. Katie holds a double degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Marissah Burt (she/her/her) builds relationships with donors and is responsible for overseeing the Leadership Giving Program and stewardship initiatives aimed at engaging our national donor community in the One Love mission. Prior to One Love, she worked at a non-profit membership association, BritishAmerican Business, where she managed and engaged a portfolio of businesses with exclusive membership benefits and the broader membership community. Marissah began her nonprofit career at iMentor, where she supported special events and managed all development operations. Marissah holds a B.A. in Psychology from Ohio University.

Grace Carmichael (she/she) lives in the Mid-Atlantic region andis leadingthe expansion of One Love's programmatic growth through systems.Grace establishedPartnerships with prevention, education and service providers,empower them to bring in One Love's content and curriculumto more young people. Prior to this role, Grace served as an engagement manager in the Maryland area for five years, helping to expand One Love's programmatic partnerships and outreach by scaling the One Love school district model. Before joining One Love, Grace worked in development at the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and The Family League of Baltimore. She graduated from Dickinson College with a bachelor's degree in sociology with a focus on conflict analysis and resolution. Grace is currently working on her Masters in Social Work at Boston University. She recently completed an internship at TurnAround, Inc. where she provided case management and support services for survivors and families affected by domestic violence, intimate partner violence, sexual assault and human trafficking. Katie C. brings to One Love 20 years of experience focusing on college and career readiness, training and development, human behavior, performance management and conflict resolution through the lens of a social worker and immigrant. She has primarily worked in education-oriented non-profit organizations serving young people. She likes to tell people that she "develops soft skills in tough environments."

Most recently, Katie has worked as an independent consultant for non-profit organizations in the areas of training delivery, program development and writing. Prior to that, she was a program manager at City Year, a guidance counselor at a city high school, and an academic advisor at Northeastern IL University. Katie has a BA in Social Work from Northeastern IL University and an MA in Social Services Administration from the University of Chicago.

One Love's engagement manager for Oakland and surrounding cities is the job she's been waiting for. The perfect blend of deepening human connections to themselves and their surroundings, and an endless stream of administrative tasks that help bring the stories of the data to life.

Vanessa joins One Love as Chief Growth Officer, responsible for leading marketing and advancement efforts nationally at One Love. Most recently, Vanessa was Managing Director of Development and Communications in City Year's New York office. With a background in nonprofit and for-profit areas such as business development, fundraising, sales and marketing, Vanessa seeks organizations that are aligned with her values ​​and goals in youth leadership and education with a diversity, inclusion and equity focus. She has also been fortunate to work at: The Desmond Tutu Peace Foundation, 92Y, The New School University, Skidmore, Owings & Merrill Architecture, Center for Architecture/AIA New York. She has an MA in International Relations from the University of Kent in Canterbury, UK and a BA in Political Science and International Studies from Stonehill College.

Director, Learning & Evaluation

Amy S. Crumbaugh is responsible for developing the strategic learning agenda and leading the national research and assessment work at One Love. Most recently, she was Senior Director of Research and Policy at After School Matters—a Chicago-based nonprofit that provides after-school programs and internships for high school students—overseeing research, program evaluation, and government relations. Amy brings to One Love more than 15 years of experience in health, education, child welfare and youth development. Amy also previously served as director of population studies at Feeding America, where she led national research on food insecurity, supported federal advocacy and helped shape the organization's strategy to end hunger through financial stability. Amy received her BSW in social work from Texas Christian University and her MA from the University of Chicago.

Athena has worked in the nonprofit sector supporting youth ministries in various organizations in Washington and California. Most recently, she worked at Communities in Schools of Benton-Franklin, where she supported student success by building school partnerships and providing access to community resources and individual case management. Shayna Fishkin (she/her/her) is responsible for managing events at One Love. Before joining One Love, Shayna held various positions at the National Yiddish Theater Folksbiene, most recently as Associate Director of Development. During her time there, she oversaw fundraising and ticket sales, supported all special events virtually and in person, and played a leading role in reopening the theater to audiences in the wake of the pandemic. Engagement Manager, Pacific Northwest

Andi Garcia Brown (she/she) is an Engagement Manager for One Love in the Pacific Northwest focused on serving the partners in Seattle, South King County, Peirce County and Oregon through outreach and community engagement. Andi is an energetic public health advocate who has served on two programs within the Greater Chicago Food Depository and the National Health Corps at AmeriCorps in Chicago. During her time in Chicago, she became a doula and volunteered with Chicago Volunteer Doulas, which became her priority during the height of the pandemic. She has a bachelor's degree in Africana Studies and a minor in Health Sciences from the University of Arizona and is currently completing her Masters of Nonprofit Leadership at Seattle University. Here at One Love, she strives to engage and support community members through our train-the-trainer model, helping them find their groove when it comes to supporting their community.

Cynthia Garcia (she/she) oversees education and engagement programs in the Mid-Atlantic region, including Delaware, Maryland, Washington D.C. and Virginia. Cynthia's primary responsibilities include the development and scaling of One Love's public school district model. Cynthia is also working to increase programmatic reach while building collaborative partnerships with community-based organizations.She is a passionate advocate for students and teachers alike and is focused on making quality educational content accessible to all audiences.Prior to joining One Love, Cynthia worked as an educator and arts integration specialist at Baltimore City Public Schools and before that as an educator for Baltimore County Public Schools and Baltimore County Community College. After One Love received a DOJ OVW grant to partner with youth organizations in the community, Adriane Grant (she/her/her) took the lead in overseeing educational and engagement opportunities in Westchester County and the Bronx, New York area. Outside of our Department of Justice grant services, Adriane also manages our Westchester County school support services. Before joining One Love, Adriane worked in Human Resources for the nonprofit Family Services of Westchester and in the New York State Legislative Assembly. Adriane graduated from the University at Albany, SUNY with a bachelor's degree in communication and public speaking. Jasmine Griffin-Inostroza (she/she) is responsible for supporting One Love's high school and college student leaders in the Tri-State region, including NY, NJ and CT. She looks forward to recruiting new members to One Love's student leadership program and providing them with tools to educate their communities on how to end intimate partner violence. Prior to One Love, Jasmine worked as an Assistant Director for Grassroots Campaigns where she helped raise funds for organizations such as Planned Parenthood and the American Civil Liberties Union. Ojeda leads One Love's Mid-Atlantic division and is responsible for growing One Love's partnerships and programs in the region. Under her leadership, the organization has initiated a formal partnership with the Baltimore City Schools and enriched its video content with diverse stories and storytellers from the Baltimore community. She brings over 15 years of experience as a community organizer in the civic field. Before joining One Love, Ojeda was Senior Director of Collective Action for Leadership for Educational Equity (LEE). She holds a bachelor's degree in government from Harvard College and a master of divinity degree from Drew Theological Seminary. As Manager of Student Leadership, Hali works with high school and college students to empower them to live the 10 signs and engage their communities in this life-saving conversation. She is passionate about empowering young people to build healthy relationships by providing them with the necessary tools. Hali graduated from the State University of New York at Cortland in 2017 with a B.A. in English and minors in social philosophy and professional writing. Prior to One Love, she served AmeriCorps at City Year Boston for two years. During this time, she had the privilege of working with two different Boston Public Schools to mentor young people in building social and emotional skills. Additionally, she ran an affinity space where LGBTQIA+ identifying young adults and allies could discuss identity and build community. Deena Ismail

Director, Youth Mobilization

Deena Ismail, LMSW, oversees the development, design and implementation of One Love's youth mobilization and leadership efforts. With over 12 years of experience in youth development and building transformative communities, Deena has dedicated her life's work to creating spaces where the power of community can heal individuals by looking at themselves and those around them holistically. Throughout her career, Deena has been instrumental in developing programs around criminal justice reform, trauma-informed practice, and youth leadership. Most recently, Deena oversaw the founding and expansion of The Door's - a non-profit organization in New York City that provides a full range of services to young people ages 12 to 24 - youth leadership and community education programs. Deena earned her BA in Peace and Global Studies from Earlham College and her MSW from Hunter College. Rhea Kimble is the Engagement Manager for One Love in the Pacific Northwest, focusing on overseeing educational programs for K-12 public schools, universities and community-based organizations. Rhea has over 10 years of experience in community service, assisting with outreach programs and mentoring youth through the performing arts. She studied broadcast journalism and theater arts at the University of Miami. She is a board member of the Renton Historical Society and brings her passion for storytelling and relationship building to One Love. Youth Leader Coordinator, Pacific Northwest

Maya Kraft (she/she) is responsible for supporting high school and college student leaders for the Pacific Northwest region of Washington, Oregon, and Idaho, as well as for high schoolers in the United States residing in states outside of our regional offices. She is passionate about empowering students to educate, advocate and rally in their communities so that all young people can thrive in healthy relationships. Prior to One Love, she worked with several nonprofit organizations in the Seattle area, including leading an elementary school tutoring program as an AmeriCorps volunteer for Reading Partners, coordinating a food bank home delivery program for Jewish Family Service, and sponsoring support groups for survivors of violence in relationship partnership as an intern at LifeWire and engaging young volunteers in human trafficking prevention as an intern at The Lantern Project. Maya graduated from the University of Arizona with a B.A. in French and Global Studies with a minor in Gender and Women's Studies and holds a Masters of Social Work from the University of Washington. Jeff Lemberg

Director, Development - Boston

Jeff Lemberg (he/him/his) leads the Ascension effort throughout the One Love Boston area. Jeff's career spans the worlds of education, nonprofit leadership, journalism and communications. For nearly 15 years, he served as a professor of media studies and digital storytelling at colleges and universities in the Boston area and the Washington, D.C. area. More recently, Jeff led the development activities of two Massachusetts nonprofits, including Boys for the Better and Veterans Legal Services. Boys for the Better, which he founded in the late 2010s, used media literacy education to teach basic social and emotional learning skills, including relationship health and violence prevention, to male middle school students across eastern Massachusetts. Jeff holds a bachelor's degree in advertising from the University of Bridgeport in Connecticut; a master's degree in journalism from Boston University; and a Ph.D. in Public Communications from the University of Maryland, at College Park. Chelsea Leonard (she/her/her) is responsible for leading the promotion effort in the San Francisco Bay Area. Prior to joining One Love, Chelsea held a variety of positions with non-profit organizations across the West Coast, working in the veteran, healthcare and environmental communities. Most recently, Chelsea served as Director of Development for a veterans nonprofit in San Francisco, where she was responsible for the establishment and growth of the development division, including core giving, community giving, planned giving, and donor cultivation and stewardship programs. Chelsea is originally from northern Nevada, where she attended the University of Nevada, Reno, where she majored in English literature before moving to the Bay Area.

Jennifer is Chief Operations Officer at One Love and oversees the organization's strategic direction and operational functions, including finance, human resources and technology. Jennifer brings to One Love over a decade of finance, strategy and operations experience at companies such as Morgan Stanley, Disney and Insight Communications. Most recently, she helped found a start-up investment management firm in New York City. Jennifer received a B.A. with honors from Northwestern University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Juan helps with the donor services and data integrity of One's Love. Before joining One Love, he worked as an admissions recruiter for Mercy College. Juan attended the Salesforce Administration Academy 10-week intensive training course with PepUp Tech Academy. Juan graduated from LIU Post with a bachelor's degree in broadcasting and is currently pursuing his master's degree in business administration with a concentration in data analysis at Mercy College.

Kevin Masukawa (he/she) is responsible for managing programs and strategies at middle and high schools in the Midwest, South Coast and East Coast. Prior to joining One Love in 2022, Kevin was a high school math teacher in Teach for America's New York City Corps. A native Californian, he graduated from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, where he studied finance, philosophy and media arts.

Rachel has been a Boston transplant since graduating from Lasell University in 2016 with a bachelor's degree in criminal justice. As an engagement manager, Rachel builds relationships with middle, high and high schools to ensure that One Love's educational content reaches as many youth and youth workers as possible in the Boston area. Before joining One Love, Rachel worked in violence prevention for a local MA domestic and sexual violence organization and led campus safety compliance efforts statewide with the Clery Center.

Shenies uses a teaching model that embraces open dialogue, peer-to-peer exchange, and the ideology that learning exists on a spectrum and never really stops. Outside of work, Rachel values ​​being a friend, daughter, sister, and partner.

Youth Leadership Coordinator, Mid-Atlantic

Collin McClelland will serve as the Mid-Atlantic Youth Leadership Coordinator for college and high school students in the Delaware, Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C. be active. His focus will be to empower a diverse group of youth to empower them to make positive change in personal and peer relationships. Collin graduated from Lynn University with a bachelor's degree in criminal justice and a minor in psychology. He met One Love while on the varsity men's lacrosse team and was a One Love facilitator for 4 years. Collin hopes to inspire youth to take the lead in educating others about healthy relationships and raising awareness of the signs of unhealthy relationships.

Kaitlyn McNerney joins the One Love Foundation with over fifteen years of experience in nonprofit development and event planning. Most recently, Kaitlyn was Event Director of the Maryland 5 Star at Fair Hill, a new equestrian event for the state. Her role focused on securing major sponsorship deals, executing event logistics and creating a unique guest experience.

Prior to her time at the Maryland 5 Star, Kaitlyn was Development Director at the Maryland Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and created and managed five major events, including the Grand National Steeplechase Luncheon, Baltimore's premier food and wine event Passion for Food & Wine, and the social media Foodie favorite, Feastival.

A dynamic and strategic leader, Ebele served as Vice President of Global Strategic Planning at an award-winning PR firm, using data-driven insights to guide the strategic vision and goals of some of the world's leading brands. In addition to her entrepreneurial background, Ebele brings to One Love more than a decade of nonprofit leadership experience – designing programs, leading teams and growing local and global partnerships for a variety of influential social justice-focused organizations. Gina is the Director of PR and Communications at One Love and works out of the New York office. She is responsible for managing One Love's communication strategies and raising awareness of the organization and its mission. Before joining One Love in February 2020, Gina was a strategist at Blue State and associate creative director at J. Walter Thompson. Her work at these strategic agencies focused on setting up branding and messaging campaigns for their clients including UNICEF USA, the Susan G. Leela Rajeev is responsible for supporting and recruiting One Love high school and college student leaders for the Northeast region of Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Rhode Island and Massachusetts. She is passionate about the belief that every young person should learn about the 10 signs so that they have the knowledge to support themselves and their loved ones in their relationships. Before joining the One Love staff, she was a One Love student leader and peer educator at Stony Brook University's Center for Prevention and Outreach, where she taught workshops and advocated for health education in relationships. During college, she also did internships at the nonprofits MindLeaps and PowHerNY and served on the Associate Board of the New York Birth Control Access Project, where she worked to expand access to birth control in New York. Leela graduated from Stony Brook University with a bachelor's degree in sociology and economics. Anneke Reich (she/she) is a Boston Regional Engagement Manager whose work focuses on partnerships in the greater Boston area and beyond, focusing on building sustainable programs in public school districts in the area, supporting educators, and authentically engaging youth. An experienced educator, teaching artist, and curriculum designer with a proven track record of working in both prevention and arts-based nonprofits, Anneke worked as an educator at Boston Public Schools and organizations such as Company One, Speak About It, prior to joining One Love , the Bok Center at Harvard and the Actors' Shakespearean Project. Guided by equity-seeking practices centered on the voice of youth, Anneke specializes in thoughtful work, consensus pedagogy and social justice-based curriculum development for youth and adults. She led an arts-based consent education curriculum for high school students, producing a series of student-made videos on consent and modeling healthy relationships for both teens and adults, in collaboration with The Uncomfortable Conversation, Inc. and The Margarita Muñiz Academy were produced. Sheridan Riolo (she/her/her) is responsible for engaging youth and adults in One Love's work throughout the Bay Area and larger regions of California. She works with middle schools, high schools, and community-based organizations to develop leaders and maximize One Love's educational outreach through our train-the-trainer model. Sheridan is proud to lead the Western Teen Ambassador program, which works with high school students from Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah and Wyoming to build leadership and bring One Love to their communities. Madeline (she/her/her) holds a bachelor's degree in Liberal Studies and a master's degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Iowa State University. During this time, Madeline was a teaching assistant for a course on human sexuality and researched sexual assault prevention strategies. For two years she worked for Parenting: It's Life, where she facilitated, developed and evaluated programs for dating violence prevention. In addition, Madeline worked for a tutoring company where she initiated, taught, and planned student account education programs. Most recently, she worked with Boys Town to evaluate classroom management training for teachers. Shera Salgado Easter (she/her/her) is the Director of Events at One Love and has been involved in nonprofit fundraising for over 20 years. She manages the fundraising events, including overseeing all special events, community fundraising and administering Move for Love and the One Love Race (Marathon) program. Prior to joining One Love, Shera was Director of Development at the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, New York City - Southern New York Chapter, where she led Bike MS New York City, a $3 million annual cycling fundraiser. During her 12 years with the Society, Shera led several fundraisers, including walks, stair climbs, and marathons. Shera holds a B.A. in Communications from Pennsylvania State University. Megan has fifteen years of experience in strategic roles in the nonprofit sector - including leading strategy and impact analysis for the Einhorn Family Charitable Trust and the Team Fox community fundraising program for the Michael J. Fox Foundation. She has a B.A. in American Studies from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business, Dartmouth.

Dan Sprock (he/him/his) is the director of People at One Love and works primarily from his New York office. A lifelong Brooklynite and former high school teacher in the NYC Department of Education, Dan brings over a decade of people experience to One Love. He oversees a variety of operations including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management and more to help develop impactful and compassionate approaches for One Love's amazing employees. He has also worked with various national and local non-profit organizations primarily focused on disrupting systemic processes, including cash bail and mass incarceration.
